Scott loves helping people not only to get out of pain, but to also accomplish their goals and live healthier lives.  His passion for fitness began at an early age through school sports and athletic activities.  As an adult, Scott graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Exercise Sports Science and a minor in Business along with his NASM CPT (certified personal trainer).

Scott began his fitness career with an internship at Baylor Tom Landry Fitness Center in Dallas and then obtained his ACSM Exercise Physiology Certification.

In 2014, Scott attended massage therapy school and became a licensed massage therapist in order to further help his clients.  Scott also has multiple advanced certifications including Active Release Technique (ART), Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT), Proprioceptice Deep Tendon Reflex (P-DTR) , ELDOA Method, and Functional Range Conditioning.

Scott currently works at 3 different venues – Preston Center Personal Training , P5 Performance, and Royal Oaks Country Club.  He is also attending Pre-Med courses with the goal of attending medical school in the future.  This will allow him to further his aspirations of helping people by combining many techniques into an all-encompassing method to improve overall health and well being.

Volunteer Work

While in college, Scott began training people with disabilities through a total wellness program.  He discovered the satisfaction of combining volunteer work with his knowledge of fitness and wellness and now volunteers regularly at Adaptive Training Foundation.

In Scott’s words:

“It’s an honor and a privilege to be able to volunteer my Fridays assisting at the ATF (Adaptive Training Foundation) here in Dallas. These guys have a no excuses attitude and exceed their limits daily. It’s inspiring and motivating each week to see their progress. “

Scott is certified in multiple modalities, or methods.  Below is a list of some of the modalities that Scott uses to help his clients live happier, healthier lives.
