Athletic Performance

The demands and repetition of a sport can cause athletes to have imbalances within their bodies because a part of the body is working too hard and not allowing other areas of the body to function properly. Scott designs mobility and strength training sessions that are specific to each athlete’s particular position to help relieve pain and increase mobility and strength.

Scott has experience with a variety of different athletes, including Olympic, professional, collegiate, and youth sport athletes.  He can also assist in specific injury prevention and treatment, as well as the strengthening of commonly injured areas, tailored specifically to each type of athlete.
